By using ravahstudio.pk and placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. About us

This website is operated by Ravah Studio, Samiullah Rd, Block F North Nazimabad Town, Karachi, 74700, Pakistan.

2. Products

We try to show our products as accurately as possible. Colours, embroidery and fabric may look slightly different in real life because of screen settings and lighting. Product availability can change, and we may remove or update products at any time.

3. Prices

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Prices and offers may change without notice. If a price is shown wrongly by mistake, we may cancel the order and let you know.

4. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock or we can’t confirm your details. We may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order.

5. Payment

We accept cash on delivery, bank transfer, JazzCash, Easypaisa. For cash on delivery, payment is due when the parcel is delivered.

6. Delivery

Delivery is Rs. 250 in Karachi and Rs. 330 for the rest of Pakistan, and usually takes 3-5 working days. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

7. Returns and exchanges

You can request a return or exchange within 1 week (7 days) of receiving your order, under the conditions in our Return & Exchange Policy.

8. Cancellations

You can cancel an order before it is dispatched by contacting us on WhatsApp. Once dispatched, the Return & Exchange Policy applies.

9. Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity under your account.

10. Intellectual property

All images, text, logos and designs on this website belong to Ravah Studio or are used with permission. Please do not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

11. Acceptable use

Please do not misuse the website, interfere with it or use it for anything unlawful.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Ravah Studio is not liable for delays or losses caused by couriers, events outside our control, or your use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable consumer law.

13. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the website means you accept the updated terms.
