Do you deliver all over Pakistan?
Yes, we deliver all over Pakistan.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is Rs. 250 in Karachi and Rs. 330 for all other cities in Pakistan.
How long does delivery take?
Your parcel will arrive within 3-5 working days. Remote areas and busy periods like Eid may take a little longer.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
Yes, cash on delivery is available. You pay the rider when your parcel arrives.
What other payment methods do you accept?

How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, we send you the courier name and tracking number on WhatsApp. You can also use our Track Order page.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as it has not been dispatched. Message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes, within 1 week (7 days) of receiving it, if the item is unused and in its original packaging. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy.
What is the difference between ready to wear and unstitched?
Ready to wear suits come stitched and ready to put on. Unstitched suits are fabric pieces that you take to your tailor.
What is included in a 3-piece suit?
A shirt, a dupatta and a trouser fabric. The exact contents are listed on each product page.
How do I choose my size?
Check our Size Guide, or message us on WhatsApp and we will help you.
How should I wash my suit?
Follow the care instructions on each product. We recommend a gentle wash and drying in the shade, especially for embroidered pieces.
The colour looks different from the photo. Why?
Screens and lighting can change how colours appear, so small differences are normal.
