Delivery areas

We deliver all over Pakistan.

Delivery charges

• Karachi: Rs. 250
• All other cities in Pakistan: Rs. 330

The delivery charge is added at checkout.

Delivery time

Your parcel will be delivered within 3-5 working days. Deliveries to remote areas, and during sales, Eid and other busy periods, may take a little longer.

Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery is available all over Pakistan. Please pay the rider the total order amount, including the delivery charge, when your parcel arrives.

Order confirmation

After you place an order, we may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your details. Orders that we can’t confirm may be cancelled.

Order tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will send you the courier name and tracking number on WhatsApp. You can also check your order status on our Track Order page.

Delivery attempts

The courier will try to deliver your parcel more than once. If it can’t be delivered because of a wrong address, an unreachable phone number or repeated refusal, the order may be cancelled.

Checking your parcel

Please record a short unboxing video when you open your parcel. It helps us resolve claims for damaged or wrong items quickly.

Wrong address or phone number

Please check your address and phone number carefully at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect details.
